1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

PlanaroHub provides a software platform that enables users to host, manage, centralize, organize, filter, and export marketing plans, including the ability to download marketing plans into PowerPoint presentations and collaborate within workspaces. At the pre-launch stage, the Service may also include a waiting list feature where users may submit their email address to receive updates or reminders when the Service becomes available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Waitlist Registration

Users may voluntarily submit their email address to join the waiting list for the Service. By submitting your email address, you consent to receive communications related to:

• Product launch notifications
• Product updates
• Early access invitations
• Relevant service announcements

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time through the link included in the emails or by contacting us.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, early access, or any specific launch date.

4. User Accounts

When the Service becomes available, certain features may require the creation of a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Upload, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

6. User Content

The Service may allow users to upload, store, organize, and manage marketing plans, documents, and related materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to upload and use the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, brand elements, or proprietary technology without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or allow exports to third-party platforms such as presentation software or cloud storage providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with that policy.
